AI Transparency Disclosure

Last updated 2026-07-14. This page is written to reflect the system's actual current behavior — not aspirations.

Most companies bury this. We lead with it, because a voice agent that hides what it is doesn't deserve your customers' trust — or yours.

01The commitment

Every voice interaction on this platform is conducted by an artificial-intelligence assistant. The assistant identifies itself as AI at the start of each call, confirms it plainly whenever asked, and never claims to be a human being. Disabling that disclosure is not a configuration option we offer, and attempting to defeat it violates our Terms of Service.

02Where you'll encounter our AI

On outbound calls returning a web inquiry, on inbound reception lines operated for our customers, and in web voice or chat widgets — all of which are labeled as AI at the point of use. If you filled out a form and received a call within a minute, that speed itself is a signal: it was our assistant, and it said so when you picked up.

03A human is always reachable

The assistant is built to hand a conversation to a person. Ask for a human at any point and it will transfer you or arrange a callback from the business you contacted. Its job is to make a business easier to reach — never to stand between you and one.

04What the AI can get wrong

AI-generated speech can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Appointment confirmations in the system of record govern over anything said on a call. If the assistant tells you something that turns out to be wrong, tell the business you were speaking with or write to us at legal@growthagentsystem.com — real errors get fixed, not explained away.

05Recording

Call recording is off by default across the platform. Where a business enables it, the call discloses it up front. Our customers are responsible for recording-consent law in the places they call — including all-party-consent states such as Florida — and our Privacy Policy describes how transcripts and recordings are handled and deleted.

06For machines: the agent manifest

A machine-readable description of this service — organization, offerings, and proof paths — is published at /.well-known/ai-agent-manifest.json so that AI systems indexing the web can represent us accurately.

07Why we publish this

Regulators, including the FTC, and a growing set of state laws expect automated agents to be disclosed rather than disguised. We agree — and we go further, treating disclosure as a product feature: it is announced on every call, stated on this page, restated in our marketing, and encoded in a manifest for machines. If a rule anywhere we operate requires more, we will do more.

08Questions and complaints

If you believe an AI interaction on this platform was undisclosed, deceptive, or harmful, contact legal@growthagentsystem.com with the time and number involved. Reports of a disclosure failure are treated as priority incidents, investigated against call records, and answered.
